I thought my life was over when I was diagnosed with Menieres Disease. It was life changing and I was afraid to leave the house. Constant vertigo, dizzy spells, brain fog, tinnitus etc.
However, after many years of research and experimenting with many claimed solutions, I’m now mostly free of all symptoms.
I’ve used this website to record everything I learned about Menieres Disease and all the hacks I tried to manage all the unpleasant symptoms.

This is an online event led by Jan Clementson, a registered nutritionist at Boundless Energy and an expert in helping Meneire’s sufferers find nutrition and lifestyle solutions to overcome their symptoms. Jan has worked for several years with the Deaf to Meniere’s Charity, founded by John Ingram, to find potential solutions. This event is a joint venture between Jan and the charity.
Jan is a very experienced nutritionist, having worked in the nutrition industry for over 10 years in multiple capacities, including nutrition education. She has conducted extensive research into Meniere’s Disease alongside helping people recover from the condition. In this webinar, you will benefit from all of that research , as well as practical applications. You will cover an overview of the condition, basic ear anatomy, and the multiple potential causes of this complicated condition. You will discover how Frances was able to overcome many of her symptoms and return to a normal life. And you will learn some simple dietary and lifestyle tools that you can easily implement to get you started on the road to recovery.

We have now completed phase one of our investigation into Stem Cell research with our research partner Dr Arianna Ferrini who is an expert in stem cell and gene therapy. As a result of this work we believe stem cell treatment has potential to make a great difference to the lives of people suffering from Menieres Disease.
We have also commissioned research papers looking at the potential success of other protocols in treating Menieres Disease :

We are also running case studies with Menieres Disease sufferers through our partnership with functional practitioner Jan Clementson.
Jan has created a testing programme for our Menieres Disease sufferers using blood samples, nasal swabs, urine and stool samples. We are then using the results from these tests to identify root causes and inform suitable treatment protocols based on Functional Medicine research and treatments.
We are documenting the results from these case studies to evidence outcomes of the tests and treatments applied.
Jan works remotely and has clients globally, so she can help you where ever you are in the world.

Running a legal entity Charity is an expensive operation in the UK to ensure we conform with the necessary regulatory and compliance legislation in place.
